Story of the art
Windows of the Soulstorm opens the Fusion Fieldworks in a mode of eruption. These paintings are built from bold, Rothko-like fields, but the stillness never remains intact. Pressure gathers inside the blocks, light pushes against form, and feeling arrives as fracture, splatter, haze, and symbolic disturbance.
The series explores awakening, descent, rupture, and return through intense layering and internal weather. Here, emotion is not atmospheric backdrop. It is the engine of the composition, the force that keeps the painting from settling into pure abstraction.
What emerges is a body of work that feels both monumental and intimate: color fields that behave like pressure chambers, holding grief, unrest, memory, and the possibility of release.
