If you cancel your order prior to shipment, you can get a full refund no questions asked. If you find the training kit unsatisfactory, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund as long as you return all materials and have not written in your workbooks. Prior to returning your kit, I require that you email williamstanek@aol.com with the subject Training Seminar Help. In your e-mail discuss the reasons you are returning the kit and request a returns authorization number.
